Meet
Scott Rolph

Director/Physiotherapist

Scott is a physiotherapist and Sandringham local with a strong history of working in private practice to help patients achieve their best health possible. Growing up, Scott was a competitive swimmer whose ongoing injuries meant he spent more time out of the water and in physiotherapy. So began his interest for understanding the human body and learning how to best treat and return people to doing what they love most.

He previously worked in other private practices, public and private hospitals, focusing on acute injuries, sports, post-operative orthopaedic care and rehabilitation. Scott has managed the care of a nursing home, worked in hydrotherapy and also worked in a WorkCover Clinic seeing a varied caseload. He has completed further studies in dry needling, active release therapy, Pilates and strength and conditioning.

Meet
Ellie Falls

Hi, I’m Ellie Falls, a newly qualified physiotherapist, graduating from Cardiff University in Wales in 2025, however I’m originally from Northern Ireland.

I decided to pursue physiotherapy through my lifelong involvement in high-level competitive swimming, where I saw first-hand the value of rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance-focused care. Alongside this, watching family members benefit from physiotherapy had a big influence on my decision, as I saw the positive impact it can have on both physical ability and overall quality of life.

One of the things I enjoy most about physiotherapy is the variety it offers and the fact that there is always more to learn. No two patients are the same, and I love the challenge of adapting treatment to each individual. While I haven’t specialised in a specific area yet, my sporting background means I particularly enjoy working with active individuals and athletes. That said, I’m equally passionate about helping anyone who is motivated to become the best version of themselves, whatever their goals may be.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and challenging myself physically. I have a background in high-performance swimming spanning over 15 years, and I’ve recently started HYROX training and attempting running. When I’m not training, you’ll usually find me in the gym, out for walks, or enjoying a good coffee.
