Rehabilitation Plans

Our 4 Phases of Recovery

Phase 1 – Settle and Support
Focus on calming symptoms, reducing pain, and protecting the injured tissues while restoring early movement and confidence.

Phase 2 – Rebuild and Retrain
Work on improving mobility, control, and strength through targeted exercises and functional movement retraining.

Phase 3 – Elevate and Excel
Progress to higher-level strength, endurance, and confidence — preparing you to return to work, sport, or your active lifestyle.

Phase 4 – Maintain and Thrive
Build long-term resilience and prevent future flare-ups by maintaining strength, balance, and movement efficiency.

We don’t believe in being just a quick fix or a short-term painkiller. Our goal is to guide you through every phase of recovery so you can move better, perform better, and stay active for life.

What to Expect

1. Comprehensive Assessment
Your journey starts with a detailed consultation. Your physiotherapist will assess your injury or condition, review your medical history and lifestyle, and discuss your goals to create a complete picture of your health.

2. Clear Diagnosis
An accurate diagnosis is key to effective care. Using clinical expertise, movement testing, and clear communication, your physiotherapist will identify the root cause of your issue and explain it in a way that makes sense.

3. Personalised Treatment Plan
With the assessment and diagnosis complete, your physiotherapist will develop a plan specific to you — combining hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, and education to help you recover fully and confidently.

Our Goal

Point to Point Rehab Program
The Point to Point Rehab Program is designed to help you move from pain or limitation toward long-term recovery and performance. It’s ideal for anyone with ongoing pain, recurring injuries, or long-term mobility and strength issues.

What it involves
Your rehab journey starts with a comprehensive initial assessment to identify the underlying causes of your problem — whether that’s reduced strength, limited mobility, poor movement control, or fear of movement.

Based on this assessment, your physiotherapist will create a tailored exercise program specific to your goals and needs. You can then choose how you’d like to complete it:

  • Semi-supervised rehab: Complete your exercises independently (at home or your own gym) with regular check-in appointments to monitor progress and adjust your program.
  • Supervised rehab: Attend guided sessions in our on-site rehab gym, typically twice per week, where your physiotherapist supports and progresses you through your program.

Program Length

Programs are usually delivered over six or twelve weeks, depending on your goals and condition. Progress is reassessed along the way to ensure lasting improvement and confidence in movement.
